1. Data Collected

We collect information that you or the academy provides directly:

• Student details: name, date of birth, batch, attendance records
• Parent/guardian details: name, email address, phone number
• Fee records: amounts, due dates, payment history
• Login credentials (passwords stored in encrypted form via Supabase Auth)

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used only for fee collection, attendance tracking, and academy communication. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Data

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card number, CVV, or any sensitive payment instrument details on our servers. Razorpay's own Privacy Policy governs how they handle payment data.

4. Data Security

All data is stored securely on Supabase with encryption. Row-level security policies ensure teachers can only access their own students' data, and parents can only access their own child's records. Access is restricted to authorised academy staff only.

5. Data Retention

Student and parent data is retained for as long as the student is enrolled at the academy. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
